I'm glad you and A.J. tried the lemon chicken recipe, I am curious as to what you thought of it. I'll bet you are a pretty good cook too. Do you have a recipe you'd like me to post or have any questions about cooking? Also, If you would like to join us in "The Kitchen" we'd be glad to hear from you. It's a new group here in the apt. and it's all about food. I hope to see you there:-)

I understand how busy work and school can be. I remember when I worked two jobs ( 1 full time, 1 part time ) and went to school all at the same time. I was getting about 4 hours of sleep a night and never had a day off. I considered a day off to be when I had about 6 hours where I didn't have school, homework or a job to go to, whew! I'm glad thats over. Anyway, keep up the good work, it will pay off for you later.

Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you, I had relatives in town which took up all of my time but I would be happy to answer any questions you have on cooking or cookware.
