Oh that's a tough one. I think I took your technique. lol. Just keep throwing them. You have to clear all the top ones though and then try to clear all the very bottom ones. then I think that equals your goal. I got up to 36... It better save it.

Lol ok, it turns out 31 is pretty simple. Just keep aiming for the three darts on the left, but only aim for the one second from the top. Then when you get it, keep aiming in that direction and you should hit a bomb which blows everything up. Once it does that, then aim to your right, which will get the chain reaction. And then aim to your top left (where you originally kept aiming) and pop a few more. =]
