Hey Vinni,
I'm looking around your page trying to find your "piece"... have you posted it yet? Oh, and by the way, I hope your birthday yesterday was one to remember.
David
Awesome Vinni,
I'm looking forward to seeing your work! Send me a note when its up and I'll be right over to check it out. If you have any questions about the manicotti just let me know.
David
Hey Vinni,
That cannelloni recipe is posted for you, actually it's manicotti ( I couldn't find cannelloni shells ) but you can make either stuffed shells, manicotti or cannelloni using the same recipe. Hope you like it!
David
P.S. Thanks for joining the kitchen:-)
I'm so glad you joined us over at the Library! I'm really excited to get the group off and reading - don't forget to vote in our poll for the first book linked on the front page. I will be announcing the first book on Tuesday.
Hey Vinni,
I'm back! Sorry for the few days off, my sister and her husband were in town. They just bought some property and are getting ready to build a 4 bedroom house so I was gone for a while checking it out... Its going to be awesome when they're done:-) Anyway, I will put the spaghetti recipe out today for you to look at and I'm working on the cannelloni recipe for you. You will be able to make that or stuffed shells with the same recipe, I hope that will work for you. Talk to you soon. Oh yeah, is that urban art you're in to anything like what they used to call graffiti? I had a few friends in San Diego a few years back who used to get paid for doing what they called "pieces". They spent a lot of time carving out spray nozzles from the spray paint cans they used, to make beautiful works of art. It gave their work an airbrush effect. I hear their is competition between L.A. and New York for this kind of art. I'd like to see some of your work if that's possible.
Thank you Vinni,
I have relatives coming in today, but I'll try to get that spaghetti recipe out to you as soon as possible. I was going to try to post it today but it doesn't look like I'll be able to, they got here earlier than expected. Which one would you like for me to make next, the shells or the cannelloni?
So you want a recipe for stuffed shells.. How about cannelloni? They are tubes stuffed usually with a ricotta cheese mix and baked in a tomato sauce, sound good? Stuffed shells are easy too, it's basically the same thing just a little more tedious. Let me know if this sounds good. I just made spaghetti and meat balls and will be putting that on my page right after the Chicken Florentine I'm doing for Aj. Thanks for the input and keep the ideas coming!
Aw, thanks so much! It's nice to finally meet you as well. I've heard many wonderful things about you too! Jane is really sweet and I'm really happy that I've been able to help her. :)
Thanks for adding me to your friends list:-) I have done the same and look forward to talking with you. I think we will have a lot of fun here at the apt. I love to cook, so, if you like to eat check out the recipes I will be adding. most of them are simple to make. Until we meet again, have a great day!!
