Hi David sorry I haven't responded for a long time! I need to ask my mother in law for her recipe. I know it has pork and shrimp but I'm not sure what else. But I will ask her as soon as I get the chance to. Anyway, how are you???
David,
I made the Gyros last night during our board game get together - very fun indeed. We set up the red onions, tomatoes, and some feta crumbles for fun next to the bowl of tzatziki sauce so people could assemble their own sandwich. It was a big hit. I did have a tough time finding Greek yogurt and used the regular plain and neglected to strain the moisture out, so my sauce was a bit on the liquidy side, but tasted fantastic, nonetheless. Thanks again for the great recipe. PS - I used half and half skewers of lamb and tri-tip.
David - that Greek recipe absolutely kicks ass - I can hardly keep myself fro licking the computer screen it looks sooooo delicious! I will try that out this weekend! Thanks a million!

If I have any questions on food I'll be sure to ask you!!! Thanks again!!!
Actually i like that too i like anything that is food i like trying everything at least once and i cant wait to see the spaghetti i love Italian food .. Man you're awesome!!
D'oh - just read aj TWIST's post and it reminded me of a killer Greek Lemon Chicken soup I had in Minneapolis years ago - have never seen it again in any other restuaraunt - can you offer any tips on Greek food?
Wow - great-looking foodstuffs, David! I am an admitted culinary retard, but willing to learn some new tricks, so I'll be watching your page. I looooove pork, chicken, fish, but am not a big beef fan. Any suggestions on the lasagne? Would it be sacreligious to sub in ground pork instead of beef or would I go straight to hell? My husband and I are both inherently lazy and always on the lookout for things we can make with a small number of ingredients that are relatively fast and healthy, so keep on posting for us novices. Thanks!
Hey David you know now that i read aj's comment i would like to ask if you have any recipes for stuffed shells? I had it at a Italian restaurant, it had tomato sauce over them? so let me know. lol and if you need any info on urban art or cars just let me know im pretty good with that.
